Acceptance

By using Housemindr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Account use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure. You should provide accurate account information and use Housemindr only for lawful household maintenance planning and related personal use.

Home maintenance safety

Housemindr helps organize tasks, reminders, notes, guides, and expenses. It is not a substitute for professional advice, inspection, repair, electrical work, plumbing work, gas work, structural work, pest treatment, medical advice, emergency services, or any other licensed service.

Use your judgment, follow product manuals and local safety rules, and contact a qualified professional for dangerous, regulated, unfamiliar, or high-risk work.

AI and video guidance

Housemindr may offer AI-generated task drafts, guide steps, safety notes, and tutorial search support. AI-generated content and third-party videos may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your home. You are responsible for checking guidance before acting on it.

Do not rely on Housemindr as your only source for safety-critical work. Stop if a task appears unsafe, requires a permit, involves hazardous materials, or should be handled by a professional.

User-entered content

You keep responsibility for the task names, room and item details, notes, expenses, photos, household invitations, and other content you enter. Do not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, invasive of privacy, or that you do not have permission to use.

Household sharing

If you use shared household features, invited members may see shared home maintenance information. Only invite people you trust, and coordinate responsibilities with your household members directly.

Third-party services

Housemindr may rely on services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Expo notifications, Google Gemini or similar AI services, and YouTube or Google APIs. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Cyberloft is not responsible for third-party content, videos, service outages, or external websites.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse Housemindr, interfere with its systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use the app to harass, spam, impersonate, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the app or its service providers except where allowed by law.
• Do not use AI or search features for illegal, unsafe, or harmful instructions.

Availability and changes

Housemindr may change, pause, or discontinue features over time. Cyberloft may update these Terms when the app changes or when legal, operational, or security needs require it.

Disclaimers and liability

Housemindr is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cyberloft does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any maintenance guidance will be correct for your specific home or situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberloft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses connected to home maintenance work, third-party content, service interruptions, or your use of guidance from the app.
